Constructed in 1991, the William B. Moore Manor – also known as Tenth Memorial Baptist Housing — offers affordable living for seniors. Located near Temple University, the complex features 129 one-bedroom apartments. Installation of over 250 energy efficient windows, energy efficient boilers, common area light, office and community room was performed by the partners.
