Amira Yoga

Building consisted of a historic like one story large open-air structure that was initially built as a silent movie theatre. Building required a new second floor elevation in order to design a start of the art Yoga Studio. Installation of staircases and elevator with new structural flooring with natural wood was built as designed with exposed wood beam ceilings. Three large yoga classrooms, bathrooms, changing room and open reception was part of the design scope along with an exterior insulated roof due to the exposed rafters and joists. Installation of heated ceiling panels were also installed for a yoga classroom as well as skylights in another.
