Sal is responsible for the onsite progress of multiple project types, including ground-up construction, renovations, and tenant fit-outs. Sal is a fourth-generation general contractor in the City of Philadelphia. 

He manages materials, field staff, site quality, commissioning, permits, inspections, cost control and reporting, conflict resolution and onsite quality control. His deep understanding of every construction phase comes from years of experience building in Philadelphia. Sal is responsible for the successful completion of over $80M worth of construction in the City. 

He currently resides in South Philadelphia with his fiancé and his Sheep Poo, Macy and is an avid supporter of Northern Children Services.
