Pete has extensive experience with the people and process involved in construction projects.  At Benchmark, he works closely with engineers, architects and building trades to create collaborative and proficient project teams and high-performing buildings.  

Pete has managed over $100M worth of industrial, commercial, and residential building construction, including a number of renovations and restorations of historic properties.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pete is an active member of St. Paul’s Parish which he attends with his wife and two sons. Pete dedicates much of his free time to mentoring at risk youth and has been successful in finding them employment in the construction industry.
