As President of Benchmark, Kenn ensures that integrity, quality, and respect guide every project.  A former real estate construction lender for the banking industry he was involved in business development, analyzing financial feasibility of residential and commercial developments, and involved in real estate projects exceeding $500 million. 

Kenn has been involved in various levels of construction, project management and property management consulting that includes over 2,000 market and subsidized residential units as well as commercial developments.  

Kenn has a long history of commitment to the community.  He has participated in career fairs at local schools and addressed the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce on the hiring of non-traditional workers.  

He presently serves on the Board of Directors of the African American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) as well as the Building Industry Association (BIA).  Kenn is also the Co-Chairperson of BIA’s newly created Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee in an effort to improve the diversity in the construction field .  Kenn and his wife live in the northwest and are avid golfers and rowers with their two daughters.
