Elliot is Benchmark’s chief estimator. With a strong work ethic, extensive knowledge of the industry, and creative problem-solving skills, Elliot is a driving force behind all of Benchmark’s projects. 

He is responsible for the estimating and purchasing of over $50M construction in the City of Philadelphia over the past 2 years. Elliot monitors projects’ performance, schedule, and quality, ensuring that each project meets or exceeds expectations. 

A passionate Nittany Lion, Elliot comes from a Philadelphia construction family that has constructed bridges, schools, and churches throughout the region.  Elliot was born and raised in Mt. Airy.
